Engraving Policy

ENGRAVING POLICY

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate engraving text at checkout. All engraving will be completed exactly as entered in the order form, including capitalization and spacing.

Engraving requests must comply with the following requirements:

• Maximum of 8 characters total

• Case sensitive; text will be engraved exactly as submitted

• Limited to standard keyboard letters, numbers, and symbols only (emojis and special characters are not supported)

We do not permit engraving requests that contain content deemed offensive, harmful, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the sole right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these guidelines. 

If an engraving request does not comply with this policy, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Due to the custom nature of engraved products, all approved engraving submissions are final and cannot be modified once the order is placed.
